This is the cover photo for the Shades and Degrees album enlighten me. The picture was taken by Stephanie Zahara, of her father, Randy Zahara on Long Beach on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Randy is also one of the songwriters of Shades and Degrees.

Jim Shaw
Jim is 1/2 of the songwriting team of Shaw and Zahara, who are the duo responsible for Shades and Degrees and all of the songs on the Album "Enlighten Me" as well as the entire content of this site. Shaw spends most of his time creating the incredible melodies, and all of the song demo's for Shaw and Zahara songs.

Zahara is the other half of the writing team, Shaw and Zahara and is primarily responsible for providing the lyrics for their songs as well as most of the marketing and all of the online promotional materials.
